With simple changes, we can rethink how we consume food and in the process improve our health and make choices that foster a more sustainable lifestyle overall. Here are 5 ways to rethink your food choices today!<\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-large\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><span class=\"sqsrte-text-color--lightAccent\">1. Eat more plants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"sqsrte-small\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><span class=\"sqsrte-text-color--lightAccent\"><strong>How?<\/strong><\/span><strong><br \/><\/strong>This does not have to be an all or none choice. Add more plants and reduce meat in your diet consistently, one meal at a time.
