Across the world ‘status quo’ leadership is turning women away from leading at a time when their knowledge, expertise and insights are needed more than ever.<\/p>

Women Emerging (WE) is a global movement redefining leadership so that more women say ‘If that’s leading I’m in’.<\/p>

In 2022, WE Founder, Julia Middleton led a virtual expedition of 24 women from across the world to explore leadership. On what has become known as the First Expedition the members created a ‘map’, which provides a
framework through which all women can explore leading from their unique perspective and context.<\/p>

We offer this ‘map’ and invite you to begin your own expedition. On our Hub we will support you as you go, with free resources, workshops, podcast episodes, interviews
